Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and MS SQL Server to maintain and modernize enterprise applications. The role involves backend development, cloud deployment, database optimization, and system performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain applications using Delphi (Object Pascal)

· Enhance and modernize legacy systems

· Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure

· Work with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, VMs, and DevOps pipelines

· Design and optimize databases in Microsoft SQL Server

· Write complex queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned SQL

· Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

· Support cloud migration and CI/CD implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications

· years of hands-on experience in Delphi development

· Strong MS SQL Server expertise (performance tuning, indexing, optimization)

· Experience deploying applications on Azure

· Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations

· Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps

· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

· Experience in application modernization projects

· Knowledge of Docker / Microservices

· Exposure to enterprise or financial domain systems
