Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the herbal/ayurvedic or FMCG industry.3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.4.
