    AI Behavior Specialist

    Athos builds AI that trains, evaluates and stress-tests insurance sales agents in regulated environments.

    We focus on creating realistic, consistent, explainable and production-safe AI behavior . We already have frontend and backend engineering covered. This role is 100% focused on making the AI itself excellent by owning the quality, reasoning and behavior of our LLM systems.

    The Role

    • You will own: AI behavior and reasoning quality; prompt architecture & constraints; evaluation & regression testing; RAG correctness & explainability; continuous improvement loops based on real usage;
