About This Role
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires expertise in data science. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, with experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying ML models. They will work closely with business stakeholders to identify potential data science applications, and contribute to opportunity analysis, project proposals, model implementations, and new feature creation.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science, using techniques such as regression, classification, NLP, and unsupervised learning algorithms. They will also have expertise in random forests, gradient boosting, KNN, regression, and neural networks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with software engineering teams to design experiments, model implementations, and new feature creation. They will also be required to communicate technical details, strategies, and outcomes to a business audience.

We are looking for a team player who has excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. The ideal candidate will also have a technology-driven mindset, up-to-date knowledge of digital and technology literature, trends, experimentation, basic statistics, and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Designing, developing, testing, and deploying ML models.
