Job Title: Head Procurement

Ferns & Petals (FNP) is a leading e-commerce company that requires a skilled Head Procurement professional to oversee and optimize its procurement operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive procurement strategy, managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive financial efficiency.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Minimize carrying costs and prevent stockouts through effective planning and communication.
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
