    Description

    Role Summary :
    We want someone who wants to disrupt fixed income B2B sales and grow & establish India's fastest growing new asset class which is being adopted and distributed by 2000+ PAN India Top IFAs; (Including Top Stock Brokers, Listed Financial Intermediaries.

    • Your role entails getting end investors via the B2B route i.e., by souring, empaneling, managing and deepening relationships with Wealth Management Firms, National Distributors, Stock Brokers, MFDs & IFAs.

    Responsibilities :

    • Managing tieup for investments from IFA Channel, ND's, Stock Brokers & Wealth segment etc
    • Deepening Relationships and Increasing Wallet Share from Existing B2B Partners.
    • Eventually Managing & Scalingup a Large Portfolio of Client Assets in the Fixed Income Investment Product.
    • Generating investments from channel partners.
    • Conducting Product training on regular basis for clients & channel partners for investment similar to fixedincome Assets
    • Engagement & Generating business from IFA Segment.
    • Responsible for managing sales activities in the region.
    • Handle channel partners, Distributors for Companies own Investment Product.
    • Creating daily MIS and reports.
    • Conducting business engagement activities with these partners.
    • Insuring portfolio review and counselling on high end investors is conducted regularly
    • Focus on increasing AUM size month on month basis
    • Knowledge across investment products: Fixed Income, Equity, Real Estate & Other Alternatives, Strong Analytical skills
    • Coordination with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Tech & Legal teams) for handling end to end responsibilities of the partnership and act as a bridge to deliver all the requirements of the partner.
    • Solving problems through structured thinking, project planning and handson execution.
    • Identify new sales leads, pitch products and maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners alongside developing a partnership pipeline.

    Required Experience :

    • Education
    • CA (Preferred) / BBA, MBA (Finance) / CFA / Post Graduate from top collage / University.


    • Experience

    • Min 710 Years of relevant experience of selling mutual fund product via channel partners like IFA / MFD/ ND/ Stock Brokers


    • Team Handling

    • Should have managed 57 Sales RM's.
    • Should be ready to take targets.


    • Communication skills

    • Should be excellent in Verbal and Written communication.
