Description

The Planning & Monitoring Managerwill be responsible for the meticulous understanding and evaluationof detailed rates for various construction activities such as civilMEP finishing supporting infrastructure external developmentconsultant fees and other related costs in the constructionindustry.

They will be required to check project costing budgetsand cash flow with respect to baseline parameters.

The role willinvolve assessing RA bills invoices and purchase orders of aproject as well as a comprehensive understanding of contracts andcontract methodology.

The Manager will be tasked with monitoringproject costs on a periodical basis conducting physical site visitsas needed and preparing/tracking construction schedules.

Additionally they will need to possess strong analyticalproblemsolving and organizational skills with meticulous attentionto detail.

Keeping abreast of the latest developments in variousreal estate sectors construction technology and disruptions indifferent asset classes will be a key expectation.

The candidatewill be heavily involved in executing assignments coordinating withother consultants if required managing accounts during theassignment duration and ensuring impeccable deliverable quality andprocessmanagement.
