    Overview

    The DigitalMarketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing andimplementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance theorganizations online presence and achieve business goals. Thisposition is essential for driving brand awareness lead generationand customer engagement through various digitalchannels.

    Keyresponsibilities

    • Develop and managedigital marketing campaigns to drive traffic andengagement.
    • Manage and optimize various digitalmarketing channels such as SEO social media email andPPC.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance ofdigital marketing efforts using a variety of tools andtechniques.
    • Create and curate engaging contentfor social media platforms and the organizationswebsite.
    • Collaborate with internal teams tocreate landing pages and optimize userexperience.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growthstrategies through digital marketing.
    • Identifytrends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on theinsights.
    • Plan execute and measure experimentsand conversion tests.
    • Utilize strong analyticalabilities to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiplechannels and touchpoints.
    • Instrument conversionpoints and optimize user funnels.
    • Collaboratewith agencies and other vendorpartners.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies andprovide thought leadership and perspective for adoption whereappropriate.
    • Maintain a positive empathetic andprofessional attitude toward customers at alltimes.
    • Act as the primary point of contact forcustomer inquiries and resolve customercomplaints.

    Requiredqualifications

    • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business or a related field.
    • Provenexperience in digital marketing.
    • Demonstrableexperience in managing SEO/SEM marketing database email socialmedia and/or display advertisingcampaigns.
    • Highly creative with experience inidentifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns thatengage inform and motivate.
    • Experience inoptimizing landing pages and userfunnels.
    • Experience with A/B and multivariateexperiments.
    • Solid knowledge of websiteanalytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight OmnitureWebTrends).
    • Working knowledge of ad servingtools.
    • Experience in setting up and optimizingGoogle Adwords campaigns.
    • Strong analyticalskills and datadriven thinking.
    • Uptodate withthe latest trends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurement.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced environment and collaborate acrossteams.
    • Proficient in MS Office and marketingsoftware (e.g. CRM tools email marketingplatforms).
    • Experience in customer service andhandling customer inquiries is aplus.
