We have an opening for Analyst/Associate Investment Banking – M&A, PE at MergerSherpa Capital Advisors.Responsibilities
- Preparation of marketing materials used in the transactions,
- Review & Development of various types of financial models for M&A/PE transactions,
- Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis and structuring of live transaction,
,Participate in negotiations and other closure activities,
,Assist Managing Partner with the development of broader strategic initiatives to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
