    We seek a passionate resultsoriented andinnovative Vice President of Business Development for our US ITStaffing Division.

    This person will drive the development of Ourcompany s US IT Staffing Solutions in the US IT ContingentWorkforce and Talent Acquisition market.

    The Associate VicePresident of Business Development is responsible for achievingsales targets and marketing goals set by the Company for the AVP sspecific Business Unit.

    As an AVP of Business Development you willuse your proven network to craft initiate and implement revenuegrowth plans and strategies in Staffing Solutions for USbasedcompanies.

    Using your experience and proven skill set developtalent acquisition strategies and grow revenue to achieve assignedtargets.

    Jobduties include:
    Develop and executeaggressive production and sales plans to succeed in designatedmarkets.
    Engage relevant business partnersand local networks to identify and close newbusinesses.
    Prepare and present new businessscreening documents and proposalsBring newcontracts and close sales.
    Set and execute anaggressive Client Acquisition strategy to generate significantquarteroverquarter revenue growth in Contingent Workforceclosings.
    Working closely with USbasedExecutives to coordinate and achievegoals

    QualificationsABachelor s or Master s degree in economics business or a relatedsubject and 10 years of experience in the US IT Staffing Industryin a Sales or Business Development Hunter role.

    Strong written andverbal communication demonstrated leadership and mathskills.

    Minimum10 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing BusinessDevelopment Sales and Marketing and at least 5 years of managerialexperienceAbility to lead and manage US ITStaffing Business Development efforts develop short and longtermplans and strategies to accomplish overall revenue growth goals andobjectives.

    Experience using data and metricsto drive productivity and accountability forperformance.
    Highlevel problemsolving andanalytical abilities.
    Ability to develop andmake compelling presentations to potential partners and seniorexecutive teams.
    Consistent achievement ofquota and revenue goalsExperience leadingcomprehensive pipeline generation strategy andexecution
