Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Growth Lead.

The Growth Lead will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and managing projects related to growth and customer acquisition.

QualificationsAnalytical Skills:
ability to analyze data and identify trends, create reports, and make recommendationsCommunication: strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience with developing and executing growth strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and conversionSales: experience with sales and marketing, including pipeline management, lead generation, and customer relationship management

Project Management:
experience managing projects from conception to completion, including setting goals, creating timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the technology or creative industries is a plus
