    ManagerRole PositionCAO -4 / CEO – 5Role's Key ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing the operations activities of the power transmission and substation system.

    The following shall be key responsibilities to be delivered to meet O&M objectives.


    to supervise and overall Testing and Protection activities for HV/EHV power transmission lines (~132kv – 765kv) and substations and related components and accessories of IndiGrid Assets.coordinates and supervise testing per O&M SOP's, OEM recommendations and best in class prudent industry practices to ensure highest availability, reliability at utmost operational maintenance teams for preventive and predictive maintenance activities and for managing unplanned activities or emergency preparedness/restoration activities.monitoring and diagnostics to support condition-based monitoring, fault/trip/failure analysis and to plan for predictive maintenance to increase the up time of the of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment's through application of trouble shooting tools like root cause analysis and various problem-solving methods.

    Prepare fault/trip/RCA reports as all substation equipment's and auxiliary systems including security systems are in operating conditions and engage proactively maintenance teams as mitigations plans in place for operational technology and information technology assets (SCADA and associated IoT devices) are protected from cyber threats and also for any emergency maintaining of records and data properly as per business needs.stringent adherence to quality standards, norms practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective and preventive action and support for internal and external audit requirements.

    Performing internal audits and inspections as required and supporting to closure on audit OEM's or vendors as required to enhance reliability at optimum cost for the Train project manager or sub-contractor employees on the control room Testing / ensuring the enforcement of and compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures and code of ethics & compliances as well as all applicable governmental laws and regulations to include safety and environmental standards and regulations.

    Risk Identifying, anticipating and managing problems, such as lack or delay of information or materials, errors on drawings, insufficient resources, inclement weather, unexpected issues and events and other problems that threaten the success of the asset.

    Education / Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college
    • 5-6 years of experience in HV/EHV (132kv to 765kv) Control protection and in electrical power systems.
    Desirable ExperienceShould have hands on experience in control & protection system with various OEM relays.
    Should have been worked in Relays for various OEM.Configuration and commissioning setting knowledge of protection system.
