    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Himaira Global Private Limited in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media presence, and writing compelling copy. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for communication and content strategy.

    Qualifications

    • Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Communication skills
    • Experience in developing content strategies
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Knowledge of skincare and beauty industry
    • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
    • Ability to analyze social media metrics and trends
    • Experience with social media management tools
    • Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

    Responsibilities (Non-Exhaustive)

    · Monitor and update social media accounts, website, and marketplaces with latest content.

    · Creating the content calendar for the month.

    · Coming up with ideas & implementing online events & contests with influencers.

    · Coordinating with in-house team (graphic designer, content etc.) to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize engagement.

    · Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns

    · Generate, edit, publish and share engaging SEO ready blogs for the website.

    · Solving customer queries and maintain good customer relations.

    · Handling customer communication at various channels like calls, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

    · Create tickets where required for customer queries resolutions.

    · Responding to negative customer comments online and managing reputation.
