Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Specialist to oversee our product inventory on Amazon. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform by effectively managing inventory levels, coordinating with manufacturers, and resolving any escalations from Amazon. Responsibilities:

• Inventory Coordination:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all products listed on Amazon.
2. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
3. Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory and address any supply chain issues.

• Escalation Handling:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon-related inquiries, escalations, and issues.
2. Communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support to address and resolve any account-related issues or disputes.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:

1. Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines, including product listing requirements, shipping standards, and customer service protocols.
2. Conduct regular quality checks to verify product information, images, and reviews for accuracy and relevance.

• Procurement & Logistics:

1. Coordinate with the supplier and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products from supplier location.
2. Proactively managing the stock to prevent stock outs.
3. Scout for new supplier in a timely manner and negotiate TOT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing inventory and resolving issues.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
