Responsible for Layer 1& 2 Activation Accept& Test local loops from 3rd party AccessProviders Validate wiring connections& schedule dispatches with fieldoperations Activate Circuit configurationsduring activation/hot cuts Manage changes toOrder and closeOrderKnowledgeProvisioning process Telephone Internet Data ServiceActivation Knowledge in switch and routerconfiguration Knowledge in networkingconcepts (ports and protocols) DNS DHCP IP PIP TCP and OSI modelrouting switchingsubnetting and networktopologies Knowledge of Swith configurationports access ports trunk ports and port security and spanning treeprotocols (STPRSTPMSTP) Knowledgein Access Ethernet Broadband (DSL cable) 5G and Local Loop (e.g.

T1E1 or fiber optic connections Knowledge inWLAN VLAN SDWAN tagging and configurationThorough understanding of concepts of 3rd Party Access SLAsMonitoring Remote Troubleshooting and customersupportprocesses associated with networkaccessservices.
