    Job Description :
    PHP Laravel Developer


    Software Requirements:
    Experience with web development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall preferred)

    Overall Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, and implement high-quality, secure, and scalable web applications using Laravel.
    Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and SOLID principles.
    Develop and implement secure and well-structured RESTful APIsDesign and optimize MySQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
    Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
    Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the PHP ecosystem (Laravel, libraries, frameworks)

    Technical Skills (Categorized):
    Must-

    Have Skills:

    Programming Languages:
    PHP (Expert level)

    JavaScript (Strong foundation)jQuery (Proficiency)Frameworks:
    Laravel (Extensive experience)

    Databases:
    MySQL (Strong knowledge of SQL design and optimization)

    Web Technologies:
    HTML5CSS3

    Cloud Platforms:
    AWS (Familiarity with cloud deployment is a plus)

    Additional Skills:
    Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)

    Experience with unit testing frameworks (PHPUnit preferred)Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Good to Have)Experience:8+ years of experience in professional web development with a focus on PHP and LaravelProven track record of building and deploying complex web applications

    Day-to-Day Activities:
    Analyse requirements, design technical solutions, and estimate development effort.
    Develop and implement features using Laravel and best practices.
    Write unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
    Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
    Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
    Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
    Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies.


    Qualifications & Soft Skills:


    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Passion for building high-quality software and a continuous learning mindset.
    Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers (Preferred)
