Education - CA Qualified
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely book closure, monthly and preparation of financial statements, Balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants to ensure compliance with accounting standards, Tax filing and regulations and filing annual compliance reports.
Exposure in handling subsidiary accounts in US, APAC Region and related compliance matters
As member of GL team, Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
Proven experience in handling / consolidating the finance, maintaining / liasoning with Auditors/ Tax Depts, preferably in the IT services or technology industry
Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting principles and Indian Accounting standards, practices and regulations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and influence the teams within Finance and across departments.
High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive financial information.
