- Graduation degree
- Around 2-5 years of experience, of which at least 5 experiences in modern ship handling and cargo handling essential, proven management skills in high technology environment, demanding high speed operations with emphasis on customer satisfaction and cost parameters.
- Advance knowledge and knowhow of shipping and terminal operations.

Position Executive Department Operation Location Redhills – CFS Position Report to Manager-Operations - Chennai Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Overall responsibility in the shift to ensure yard & Warehouse operations
Ensure all safety process of DP World are being implemented on ground.
Yard management – Plan and execute daily requirement from the customers for timely placement of containers for customs examination.
Warehouse Management- Coordinate with Customer for Daily operation of Unloading, Loading and Placing of Containers
Co-ordinate with Reach stacker operator and locators for accurate inventory management.
Ensure proper 5S implementation at Yard & Warehouses.
Plan and co-ordinate with all internal departments for monitoring of RS productivity.
Response to internal & External customer on the status of the request like examination, destuffing, Warehouse movement etc.,
Maintain complete MIS related to Yard & Warehouse activity.
Continually review, identify, and introduce improved operating procedures and systems.
Generating daily reports & capturing Additional activity to the internal .
Provide time to time feedback to all stakeholders.
Knowledge on YMS and Capella Software is Additional
Shall ensure compliance with applicable HSE Legal and other requirements.
