    Conductaudits on infrastructure developmentfocusingonadherenceto speci cationsandtimelines.

    Performaudits on process ow material qualitymanpower utilization and other operationalrequirementsinterveningasnecessaryto enhanceprojectperformance.

    Manageprojectbudgetseffectivelytrackingexpensesand ensuring nancial allocations align withproject priorities. Collaborate with nanceteams to provide accurateand timely nancialreporting.

    FieldSurvey:

    Communicatepromptlyto theProject Director(PD) about any changesnecessitating a revision of theproject planin zohoprojects.

    Establishand maintain effective engagement andcommunication channels with both state andcentral government authorities to ensureseamless coordinationand compliancethroughout theproject.

    CapacityBuilding:

    Designand proposecapacitybuildingprogramstailoredto meetinternal teamrequirements.

    Developand implement necessary interventions inprojectsaddressingexternalfactors thatdirectly orindirectly impact project outcomes.Additionally recommendimprovementswherenecessary.

    Offersuggestions and contribute to the developmentof schemes and policy interventions aimedat fosteringpositive impactsandimprovements.
