- A flair for both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, turning numbers into narratives.
- A track record of igniting learning and development journeys, from program creation to ideation.
- Familiarity with the art of Rewards and Recognition, celebrating achievements with flair.
- A knack for orchestrating engagement events that captivate hearts, whether in person or across digital realms.
- A master of communication knowing how (and when) to storytell data and can convincingly put forth an assertive point of view.
- A 360 approach to problem solving and ability to structure processes and create sustainable processes for a diverse, and exponentially scaling startup
