    About the job :

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Incident Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail software products and services. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the response to incidents, minimizing downtime, and restoring services as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and the ability to work effectively under :

    Oversee the entire incident management lifecycle, from identification and prioritization to resolution and closure.

    Lead and coordinate a team of incident responders, including assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and providing guidance.

    Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of incidents and implement corrective actions.

    Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, technical teams, and customers, providing clear and concise updates on incident status and resolution.

    Develop and document incident management procedures and policies.

    Analyze incident trends and identify opportunities for improvement in the incident management process.

    Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in incident management and related technologies.

    Perform on-call duties as required.

    Might require travelling.

    Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

    3 - 5 years of experience in incident management or a related role.

    Proven experience in leading and coordinating a team.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience with Jira and any other Service Management tools is preferred.

    ITIL Certified is an added advantage. Competitive salary and benefits package.
