Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Experience and Skills:
Previous experience in conducting site audits and installations.
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and related technology (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to travel to different sites as per business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Site Audits and Installations:
Conduct thorough site audits to assess readiness for EV charging installations.
Oversee the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Data Management:
Input relevant data and updates from sites into computer software with accuracy.
Maintain comprehensive records for reporting and analysis purposes.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaborate with team members, site personnel, and clients effectively to ensure project successful and manage teams at site.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support during installation and attending breakdowns.
Assist in the testing and commissioning of EV charging infrastructure.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate logistics and scheduling for site visits, audits, and installations.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
Client Relations:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Training and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to EV charging technology.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
