    The Role

    We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executives to join our growing team In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals for our services. You will play a key role in driving our sales growth and exceeding our ambitious targets.

    Responsibilities:

    · Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.

    · Prospect for new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.

    · Qualify leads and develop targeted sales strategies for each prospect.

    · Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products/services.

    · Negotiate contracts and close deals, overcoming objections and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    · Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients.

    · Prepare and submit sales reports, tracking progress against targets.

    · Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

    · Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and our service offerings.

    Qualifications:

    · A bachelor's degree in any stream

    · Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in a B2B or B2C sales role

    · Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

    · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    · Good knowledge of working with computers and MS Office

    · Strong negotiation and closing skills.

    · Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

    · Proficient in CRM software and sales methodologies.

    · A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

    · A desire to learn and grow within the sales industry.
