The Role:
CollegeDekho is hiring Management Trainees.

Management Trainees commonly known as MTs are students of premier management institutes who choose to pursue their careers with CollegeDekho, straight after they graduate from their institution.

MTs would join us as Managers and will be inducted with the objective of nurturing and grooming them to be Future Leaders.

We at CollegeDekho ensure that our MTs get the necessary inputs in terms of Business Knowledge, Managerial Development, cross-functional experience and in-depth functional exposure in order to develop domain expertise & equip them to perform their roles and lay the foundation for their growth.

MTs undergo induction training after which they join their respective business verticals. As Management Trainee, you will start learning our business from day one.

We are looking to hire for the following roles at our Offices - Gurugram/Bangalore:

• Strategy
• Sales
• Operations
• Marketing
• Product & Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on business side & taking the ownership of processes and improvement
• Learn business, management viewpoint and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
• Set performance goals and objectives and monitor performance progress with management
• Analyze the customer needs of the business and incorporate them in the company products or services
• Observe experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of functional objectives aligned to organization growth strategy

Eligibility Criteria:
The applicants must be MBA/PGDM pass out from premier college.
