Job Details
3-5 years Level 1.5-Level 2 experience in desktop support including:
Basic troubleshooting of end user issues
Windows laptop support
Mac support
Mobile (iDevice) support
Some experience of O365 support (primarily outlook, teams etc)
Troubleshooting experience of access related problems (Password, account, authentication)
Ability to work multiple incoming channels (Inc telephone, Live chat, tickets, walk ups)
Ideally located in either Chennai or Pune so they can work in the office on occasions
Ability to work as a team, follow process and instructions but also ability to work independently
