Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Communication Trainer at The Einfach Group. As a Communication Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and developing curriculum for communication skills. Your day-to-day tasks will include delivering effective communication training, designing training materials, assessing trainees' progress, and providing feedback. This role will be based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills

Training and curriculum development experience

Strong writing skills

Knowledge of intercultural communication

Ability to create and deliver engaging training materials

Experience in the field of communication or education

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or a related field

Certifications in training or communication are a plus
