    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our team. This role is located in Pune, IN.( UK Shift)

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Bridging the gap between data, business requirements, regulatory requirements, and systems to ensure timely regulatory reporting. Responsible for ongoing business operational compliance with regulations across multiple international locations and jurisdictions.
  • Performs research and analyzes relevant information and transactions to assist in defining requirements.
  • Understanding the processes and products within the relevant systems from which regulatory reports are created. Begins to lead projects in support of new or evolving processes / products which may affect regulatory reports.
  • Contributing to the development of validation processes for data, including assessment and monitoring of data quality issues. Executes validation processes.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers to successful regulatory reporting implementation.
  • ontributes to the achievement of team objectives.
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. - years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting, regulatory analysis or financial services preferred.
