    Job Description: Inside Sales Representative/Business Development Executive

    Purpose of the Job: Generate revenue and achieve sales targets through effective communication via calls and emails.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads as required.
    • Coordinate with domestic clients.
    • Meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
    • Determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
    • Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
    • Understand and promote company programs.
    • Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
    • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
    • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
    • Maintain client records.
    • Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering preferred.
    • Experience in B2B & OEM Sales is a plus.
    • Proficiency with Word and Excel.
    • 2-3 years of sales experience.
    • Experience with high-volume prospecting through email marketing and cold calling.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Strong persuasion abilities.
    • Confidence and assertiveness.
    • Self-motivated and organized.
    • Goal-oriented with a team-player mindset.
    • Ability to learn and think quickly.
    • Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
