    • Develop and Implement Effective Recruiting Strategies: Utilize experience to devise innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier tech talent.
    • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts by showcasing our startup culture, values, and unique opportunities.
    • Performance Management Support: Assist in creating, implementing, and supporting performance management processes.
    • Build and Maintain Candidate Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.

    Requirements:
