We are hiring Automation tester to make our developers cry and customers happy.

Responsible for testing and evaluating the software applications and systems that

make computers function for our team at Level SuperMind.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance analysts to understand project requirements and design effective test plans.
• Execute automated test cases to identify defects, bugs, and performance issues, ensuring thorough test coverage across different devices, platforms, and operating systems.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes, attending daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to contribute insights and feedback on testing activities.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile automation testing, incorporating new tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
• Mentor junior members of the testing team, providing guidance, training, and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in automation testing, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Appium, Selenium, XCTest, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in automation testing such as Java, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development concepts, architectures, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and familiarity with device-specific testing challenges and strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proven ability to work in an agile development environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Tuesdays to Saturdays working (Sundays - Mondays fixed off)

Working hours: 45 hours/week.
