Role andResponsibilities:
As a Production Engineeryou will be responsible for executing the production plan as perschedule. Your key responsibilities will include managing manpowerutilization minimizing breakdowns and ensuring adequate trainingfor labor and operators. You should have basic knowledge of machinefunctions like extrude plastics (HDPE & PP) washing andrecycling. Communication with the reliever on shift activitiesreporting breakdowns and implementing 1S & 2S practiceswill also be part of yourrole.


CandidateQualifications:
To be considered for thisposition you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
Provenexperience in extruder/extrusion
Strong problemsolvingand decisionmaking skills
Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
