Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Calcutta Bakery Private Limited located in Kolkata. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and executing sales plans, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or a related field (Bread/ Milk products sales experience person will be given priority)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of the bakery industry is a plus.
