• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
• Cost Optimization through engineering design
• Collect and analyse data to find places of wastages – Includes Overtime
• Commit to plant safety procedures.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.
• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
• Responsible for Planning, Scheduling & execution of project in a food industry preferable multiple line. Should have handled maintenance department in the past.
• Procurement, inspection (if required) & supervising installation of equipment.
• Facilitate in training of man power in new equipment & also existing equipment.
• Allocation of various resources accordingly with efficiency of completing the work on time.
• To coordinate with quality & new product development for developing of new products.
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
• Implementation of Industry best practices & delivery of good quality work within allocated budget.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• implement cost control programs
• ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
• Should have adequate knowledge of TPM, especially 5S, Autonomous maintenance, Planned Maintenance.

Educational Level B Tech in Mechanical / Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Working Experience:- at least years of experience in Production, Maintenance & Projects especially food Industry. Should be at least Sr Manager and above position. Must have: FMCG experience.
