    Sales Manager


    Job Summary:
    NewsBytes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our media products and services, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    This role requires a keen understanding of the media landscape and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential clients in the media industry, including advertising agencies, businesses, and organizations.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong, longterm client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay uptodate on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
    • Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of our media products and services to effectively present them to clients.

    Sales Presentations:

    • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to communicate the value of our media offerings.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the benefits of advertising with our media platform.

    Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements while adhering to company policies.
    • Close sales deals and secure contracts with clients.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
    • Provide regular sales performance updates to the sales manager or team.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • 35 years of sales experience in tech sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of the media landscape, advertising, and marketing.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
