    Outbound Education Counselor (Telecaller)

    Job Summary:

    As an Outbound Education Counselor (Telecaller), you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students via telephone to provide them with information about educational programs, courses, and opportunities offered by our institution. Your primary goal is to engage with potential students, understand their educational needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in educational programs or have requested information through various channels.
    2. Educational Consultation: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospective students to understand their educational background, interests, career aspirations, and preferences.
    3. Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about the institution's educational programs, curriculum, admission requirements, fees, financial aid options, and other relevant details.
    4. Promotion and Persuasion: Present compelling arguments and benefits to persuade potential students to consider enrolling in our educational programs.
    5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested students to meet with academic advisors, enrollment counselors, or attend informational sessions.
    6. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospective students to address their queries, provide additional information, and guide them through the decision-making process.
    7. Database Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospective students, including their contact details, interests, preferences, and any follow-up actions required.
    8. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospective students regarding their experience, concerns, and suggestions to improve the counseling process.
    9. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other members of the admissions and counseling team to ensure a seamless transition for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.
    10. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets related to call volume, conversion rates, lead generation, and student enrollment.
