We are a well-established e-commerce company headquartered in Singapore, seeking a remote software/website tester to join our team (based in India). We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently, takes initiative, and stays updated with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to identify bugs and vulnerabilities, using both automated and manual testing techniques.
• Work collaboratively with developers and project managers to address and solve testing challenges.
• Analyse user requirements and technical specifications to ensure software development aligns with expected outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and optimize automated testing strategies to increase efficiency and test coverage, while also conducting hands-on manual testing when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test strategies, results, and feedback, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Contribute to project planning with insights on testing requirements and participate in post-release support, including customer feedback analysis.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a demonstrated ability to perform both automated and manual testing.
• Candidates MUST have the capability to architect and implement testing frameworks INDEPENDENTLY, ensuring efficient deployment and reliable performance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication capabilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages, automation tools, and an understanding of various software development methodologies.
