- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Count cash in the register at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accurate accounting and prepare daily cash reports
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and outstanding customer experiences
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their purchase decisions
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges
