Primary Responsibilities :

• Deliver iOS experiences that are highly crafted and rewarding to the Flipgrid community.
• Collaborate with mobile, design, and product teams to ensure the goals of the product are aligned with the delivered feature or service.
• Continued ability to deliver experiences that are userfocused and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Work with the product development team in driving innovative approaches to solving complex problems.
• Ensure all delivered userfacing elements follows accessibility and inclusivity standards defined by WCAG, ADA, and MAS.
• Model and drive development best practices for the team.

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of iOS development experience developing features and experiences for mediumto largescale applications.
• 5+ years guiding and mentoring a team of mobile engineers.
• Strong experience developing worldclass applications using Swift.
• Excellent working knowledge of REST APIs and consuming/modeling APIdriven content.
• Experience with testdriven development frameworks (XCTest, Appium and UIAutomation).
• Strong understanding of data persistence/database frameworks (Realm, Core Data, SQLite).
• Designdriven with a strong understanding of the Apple Human Interface Guidelines and best design practices.

Bonus credit for :

• Experience in media capturing, editing, and playback using AVFoundation.
• Proficient in delivering accessible apps that leverage touch and spoken feedback.
• Skilled in working with continuous integration platforms (Visual Studio App Center, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of the UIKit helper APIs such as SnapKit, PureLayout, and/or Cartography.
• Experience with CoreAnimation and similar frameworks and libraries.
• Strong crossdiscipline and crossteam collaboration skills.
• Experience analyzing and improving service efficiency and reliability.

This is an iOS developer role : typical daily activities including writing code for new features, fixing bugs, writing automation tests, reviewing code, participating in team rhythms (standups, sprint reviews, etc.)
