    Overview

    We seek a growth marketing professional to join our team and contribute to HSV Digital's marketing and growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our content strategy, managing our website and social media presence, owning our SEO growth, and building effective lead generation campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    Content Marketing: Drive content strategy and execution to establish thought leadership. Create compelling case studies, blog posts, infographics, and social media content that showcases our agency's expertise and success stories.

    Website & Digital Presence: Develop and maintain our website and social media presence, taking ownership of key content generation that reflects our drive and quality to the world. Ensure brand consistency that speaks to our ICP and expresses our value clearly.

    SEO & Search Growth: Take ownership of our organic search strategy and visibility. Collaborate with internal experts to create and optimize content that ranks, drives traffic, and generates quality leads. Implement technical SEO best practices and monitor performance metrics.

    Demand Generation: Drive email marketing campaigns and nurture workflows to engage prospects. Track and manage SEO, respond to inbound interest, increase our top-of-funnel while building automated sequences that convert.

    Event Marketing: Own and drive our presence in global events across key markets, increasing our brand awareness amidst our ICP, building collaterals and marketing materials that generate leads.

    Requirements & Background

    Key Qualifications:

    • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, with agency-focused marketing experience being a plus
    • Collaborative and empathic, willing to work with and learn from internal and external stakeholders
    • Ownership-driven self-starter, someone who can take charge of projects and run with them independently while keeping the team updated
    • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
    • Analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
    • CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow)
    • Data profiling tools (Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, Snov.io)
    • Email automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead)
