Role: Senior Consultant - Integration TWS

Location: Pune

Shift: general Shift

Work model: 5 days a weeks

Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years of strong hands-on experience with IBM TWS/IWS/HWA (v10.x+ preferred).

Experience administering MDM, BDM, DDM, and agents across distributed environments.

Familiarity with database administration tasks related to TWS infrastructure.

Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell).

Solid understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux environments.

Proven experience in TWS migration, upgrade projects, and troubleshooting post-upgrade issues.

Strong understanding of high availability, DR strategies, performance tuning, and automation platforms.

Ability to design and update jobs using command-line tool s (conman, composer).

Excellent communication, consulting ability, and customer-facing experience.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler or HCL Workload Automation.

Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools and systems.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, , UCD, Bitbucket).

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and knowledge of scheduling workloads in hybrid deployments.

Experience designing workloads for containers/EKS and automation pipelines.
