    • Provide splendidcustomer services to customers in a friendly and courteous mannerat all times.
    • Have sufficient knowledge aboutthe products and services and respond to all inquiriesaccordingly.
    • Improve the Customers Experiencewith the Client Services by ensuring that the Customers Issues areattended promptly and all their concerns are resolvedimmediately.
    • Ensure that all the CompanyPolicies and procedures code of conduct and regulatory guidelinesare strictly complied to while servicing thecustomers.
    • Suggest effective ways through whichthe Client can promote its products and services and increasecustomer satisfaction.
    • Ensure that customersconfidential information is properly protected and only used forofficialpurposes.

    Qualification

    • Fresherunder graduate & Graduate can apply.
    • Priorexperience in BPO voice process is amust.
    • Excellent Communication skills(Written/Verbal) is the foremost priority.
    • Goodcustomer service skills & should display good analyticalabilities.
    • Agent should be flexible to work in24/7 Environment.
