The Role:
We are currently looking for a bright, self-motivated, hard-working individual for a Science Editor Position.

This candidate will be primarily responsible for working with Guest Editors and authors and bringing in new content to the journal.

Responsibilities:
Contact potential Guest Editors by phone/email and work with them to build Methods CollectionsWork with Guest Editors to recruit authors and assist those authors with the manuscript submissionsDeveloping various projects to streamline departmental workflows

Requirements:

MD/PhD or MD in Nursing degree with experience in a clinical settingExcellent English written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently once given a projectStrong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
