    Job Overview

    ABHIMANYA DOORS is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
    • Proficient in using computer and related software applications.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Pleasant personality with the ability to be polite and professional at all times.
    • Experience in customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Experience with front desk management software is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Welcome guests and visitors by greeting them in person or on phone.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
    • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
    • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
