    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure up to date Pay-out, Connected Pay-outs and BAV flows
    • Liaise with partner banks (business and product team) to improve existing business and identify new business opportunities.
    • Work closely with the Product/ Finance/ Legal/Sales and Operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Identify, close and set processes for operational issues which are breaching standard TAT's
    • Assist in bank account opening process, follow up with the banks on recovering pay-out losses, process improvisation wrt. getting latest error code sheets, latest API docs
    • Ensuring fortnightly / monthly sync up with all the banks (business and product team) to discuss on improving existing business and identifying new business opportunities
    • End to end management of the existing Verification Suite Product offerings
    • Work closely with Finance team to help them with their requirements (configuring new or
    • additional reports, setting up SFTP connections, work on reports automation, work with bank on configuration amendments, etc) to get the reconciliation process smooth
    • Daily reporting on transaction trends to optimise for cost and SR (Pay-outs, Connected Pay-outs, Auto-Collect, BAV, etc)

    Required Skills:

    • At least 3-5 yrs. of work experience in start-ups, preferably SaaS (Payment gateways, Fintech) / B2B
    • Strong logic and problem solving, Diving into details to identify and fix issues.
    • Good understanding of payment systems.
    • Highly efficient in cross-functional roles with basic understanding of marketing, product management and operations
    • Problem solver, Biased for action, Knack for continuous improvement in processes
    • Advanced understanding of excel, strong grip on numbers and good communication skill

    Good to have:

    • Experience in FinTech / Technology organizations
    • Experience in startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
