    JONEX Global is a Britishstrategy consulting firm supporting corporations with market entry and business expansion in the United Kingdom, European Union, India, Japan, and the United States. Our strengths lie within Market Research and Strategy Development, Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Government FDI services, dealing with complex B2B products and technologies.

    Our operating model comprises of the following functional divisions: Research & Strategy (R&S), Business Development (BD), & Market Development (MD).

    As we launch our operations in India, we are keen to welcome aboard a Sales Manager – North within our MD division in India.

    Responsibilities:

    · Comprehensive understanding of the JONEX Global business model & differentiation.

    · Develop the Sales strategy for North India and implement.

    · Research, generate leads, and reach out to prospect organisations introducing our services.

    · Attending Events/Expos/Conferences in India representing JONEX Global (physical & virtual).

    · Coordinate & lead online and F2F meetings with prospects/Clients.

    · Presentation of complex commercial proposals to prospects/Clients, negotiations, overcoming objections and completing the entire Sales cycle towards deal closures.

    · Build excellent inter-personal relationships with prospects/Clients & maintain regular contact.

    · Use social media to the advantage of the company and respond to inbound enquiries.

    · Support with third party consultancies, suppliers & vendors

    · Any other reasonable services agreed mutually.

    Who we are looking for:

    · Bachelors degree essential. Masters degree in Economics or Business Administration preferred.

    · Robust experience of complex B2B sales or business development ideally from within Consulting, Professional Services, Hospitality & Hotels, Airlines or Travel industries.

    · An outstanding communicator, confident, and relationship driven consultative salesperson.

    · Ability to understand and adapt to complex business models of diverse organisations across industries.

    · Is diligent, comfortable taking initiatives & takes responsibility.

    · Aware of current affairs & cultural differences and embraces diversity with ease.

    · Fluent in English & Hindi.

    · Must be able to travel within India & internationally.

    · Must be authorised to live& work in India.
