We are searching for a Head of Legal Litigation for a World Renowned Home Textiles Manufacturing Company -

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement litigation strategies to protect the interests of the company.

• Handle complex legal disputes, including civil, criminal, and commercial litigation cases.

• Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and other legal proceedings.

• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and provide legal opinions on litigation matters.

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and affidavits.

• Collaborate with external legal counsel as required for specialized litigation matters.

• Monitor and manage litigation budgets and expenses.

• Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and judicial precedents relevant to the company's business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B./LL.M.) from a recognized university.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a corporate/legal firm setting.

• Proven track record of handling diverse litigation matters independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and motivate team members
