Roles andResponsibilities:
Supervision and theconsolidation of the entire effort and the work done for studentinternshipsplacement and instituteaccreditation.

Liaison with hospitalsnursing homes and other healthcare agencies to negotiate andcoordinateinternships as well as final jobplacements of all students enrolled in the healthcare courseatacademy.

Arrangeand conduct Academy visits do a presentation about the courses andthe Academy. Advice and train students inrelation to their placements. Formulatestudent placement Policy and the Plan for execution in line withthe assigned targets. Develop periodicreporting templates for student placement along with the templatefor a reportfor the senior management andsubmit reports thereof. Develop a databaseof potential students to follow up.

Keephimself and the Team updated on the courses run by the Academy asalso the changes in thecourses from time totime.

Maintain database of parents /guardian / prospective students visiting the Academywithinformation as to their educationalqualification profession and annual income in giveformat.

Keep a track of the placementdetails entered in the MIS and the post placement followups. Work in collaboration withNGOs/Organizations/Community leaders/Educationalinstitutes/Govt.
Departments etc. for studentwelfare related activities.

Train counseland prepare students for internship andplacementsDesired SkillSet:
Excellent communication interpersonaland managerial skills. Experience of studentinteractions and data management.
Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools (Power pointExcel Word). Prior experience with theHealthcare sector ispreferred.
