Project Manager - India - EG Allied Pvt. Ltd.

Description

We are looking for a Project Manager who will play a crucial role in successfully executing software development projects by bridging the gap between technical implementation and project management. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with client requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives, requirements, and milestones.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster clear communication channels, providing regular project updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend solutions using Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services seamlessly into the overall application architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality through testing and debugging.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in project management, successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Solid hands-on experience in backend development using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and load balancing configurations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
