    Job Overview

    We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IB EYP Homeroom Teacher for our school located in Sadashivnagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching, preferably in an IB curriculum school. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
    • IB certification or experience with IB curriculum is highly preferred
    • Junior or equivalent teaching experience in a similar role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development
    • Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Create and implement a dynamic and engaging curriculum based on the IB Early Years Programme (EYP) for the homeroom class
    • Plan and deliver lessons that promote inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and social-emotional development
    • Ensure the holistic development of each student, focusing on their academic, physical, emotional, and social well-being
    • Assess and evaluate student progress through various formative and summative assessments
    • Maintain open and regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being
    • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices
    • Adhere to school policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe and positive learning environment
