    Role

    As a Technical Sales Support at Corpay Cross-Border, you will be instrumental in supporting the onboarding of clients interested in integrating with our digital product offerings. This role involves assisting both technical and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless deployment of an integrated solution. Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to various technologies are essential for success in this role.

    Technical Resource Duties:

    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding integrated solutions.
    • Participate in product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and workshops with clients to help Sales with client inception.
    • Support Senior Technical Sales Consultants with gathering technical requirements from new and existing clients to understand their needs and identify potential solutions within Corpay's technology stack.
    • Help with new client configurations and test environment setups to support their integration efforts.
    • Assist in providing certification testing, warranty support, training, and support documentation to ensure successful client handover.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues and manage project risks effectively.
    • Support the department with any special projects/initiatives related to the growth and scalability of our integrated solutions.

    Implementation Duties:

    • Support Technical Sales Consultants with their end-to-end implementation plans for client integrations to ensure Production Go-Live milestones are achieved.
    • Help with demonstrations and guidance to new and existing clients so they understand Corpay's digital product offerings/capabilities.
    • Support Senior Technical Consultants develop, present, and implement solutions of high-quality utilizing Corpay's RESTful API, File Upload and ERP integration capabilities.
    • Add value to the pre-sales process by building technical design documentation and presenting Corpay's capabilities to stakeholder audiences.
    • Provide handholding/troubleshooting support to clients integrating into one of Corpay's digital solutions during the beta setup, integration, certification testing and post go-live stages to ensure a successful launch.

    Desired Experience:

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders in a pre-sales environment.
    • Basic knowledge or experience with REST API, File Upload, and ERP integrations.
    • Familiarity with technical support and problem-solving techniques, including tools like Postman and Kibana.
    • Experience in the financial/banking/payments industry.
    • Basic proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data management.
